Not least because the costs are budgeted to make this a fighting machine. Job creation is true amphibious vehicle has been started since the 1970's and continues to this day. With a full aluminum body of the vehicle, able to navigate the oceans and superior when fighting on land. The vehicle is controlled 3 people and capable of carrying 17 personnel. Total costs already incurred to date is 15.9 billion USD (around 140 trillion USD). There has been no one else that has to be amphibious and served in the U.S. Defense official, just a prototype that is still being refined and developed. U.S. Defense Parties are still not satisfied with the performance of this vehicle because it can only operate for a maximum of 4.5 hours.
